Fighting Spirit (+10 1H weapon damage) does not scale at all with level
Adaptability (reduce physical debuff duration) is useful for any class, but best suited for Warriors
Pharmaceutics (+15% potion bonus ) is useful for any class, except for high HP builds like Warriors
Warriors also get a +12% potion bonus at level 12 that doesn't stack with Pharmaceuticals
